I read all the reviews and people saying to go up a size because the toe box ran small. I have wide feet, so I upped from my regular size of 6.5 to a 7. I wish I hadn't. Although the shoes still "fit" they feel EXTRA roomy in the toe box, and I would have preferred that I had my true size.

Other than the sizing thing, they are a great looking shoe and comfortable. I love the grey and mint color scheme.

We've been buying Skechers shoes for school but the type we liked was no longer available in my son's size. After a couple of dud cheap purchases that fell apart within a few weeks, I saw these. They are expensive but so worth the money. Nice leather, insole is leather too. V robust, the ribbed rubber toe stands up to vigorous playground football. Five months after purchase these still look like new. Son is v happy, they are comfy (if a little stiff for first few wears), don't make his feet sweat or smell and look great. Only small thing is that one of the metal studs on the straps has fallen off. At last a pair of shoes he will actually outgrow rather than outwear.
